Eligibility for Application
- A family where two or more family members have jointly or individually participated in volunteer service; Any participating children MUST be aged 3 or above
- Candidates MUST possess a valid HKSAR identity card, or special approval from the HKSAR government to carry out volunteering activities in Hong Kong (Non-permanent residents of HKSAR shall check with the Immigration Department for their eligibility to carry out volunteering activities and if applicable, obtain the necessary permit)
- Each family shall designate one volunteer as the nominee, provided that there MUST be at least one individual aged 18 or above within the participating family
- Have a track record of participation in volunteering and the promotion of volunteerism in Hong Kong or outside Hong Kong. All service records undertaken during the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 MUST be endorsed and submitted by a registered entity, including but not limited to corporations, non-governmental or non-profit organisations, government departments, statutory bodies, chambers of commerce, professional bodies or uniformed groups
Judging and Selection Criteria
- Two or more family members have jointly or individually participated in volunteer service
- The volunteer who is designated as the nominee must fulfil the award criteria of Individual Award (Volunteer Hours), JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER Evergreen Volunteer Award (Volunteer Hours), JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER Rising Star Volunteer Award (Volunteer Hours) or Youth Uniformed Groups Volunteer Award (Volunteer Hours)
