The award commends corporates for active involvement in volunteering, and pays tribute to corporates for their contributions and accomplishments in supporting employees' participation in volunteer service, to showcase and establish an exemplary model of promoting volunteerism, and to enhance the profile and social recognition of corporate volunteering. The award is granted to the corporates based on their total volunteer service hours and number of indicators achieved for the period 1 January to 31 December 2025.

Eligibility for Application

Corporates with a valid Business Registration Certificate (BR) and the business must be in operation in Hong Kong for at least 1 year, or volunteer teams under the corporates

Segments of Candidates

• Large Corporate: 1,000 or above full-time employees*
• Medium Corporate: 100-999 full-time employees*
• Small Corporate: Less than 100 full-time employees*

* The number of full-time employees as at 31 December 2025

Judging and Selection Criteria

The Corporate Volunteer Award is a recognition system by evaluating both the quantity (volunteer hours; 'VH') and quality (service indicators; 'SI') of volunteer service. Awardees will be granted certificates and recognition logos at different levels based on the following criteria:

Individual service records of estate volunteers for the period of 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 could be endorsed and submitted by the corporate, and qualified individuals will be awarded certificate according to the judging and selection criteria of Individual Award (Volunteer Hours)
