All applicants must complete the following procedures for the application:

1. Create a new account through HKV-Award official website by clicking “Account Registration/Login” and entering the “Hong Kong Volunteer Award Online Application System” (“application system”) to submit all information required.
2. Registration requires email verification, and each email address can only be used to register once. You can apply for the awards through application system after registration.
3. All applications must be submitted with all required information and documents before the application deadline.
4. After submission, applicants can login to the Hong Kong Volunteer Award Online Application System, click on the Application Status button from the function menu on the left, to view the application status of each applicable awards.
5. The Secretariat only accepts applications which complete the entire submission procedure through the application system before application deadline. Applications submitted after deadline, unpaid or applications that are saved but not submitted in the system would not be accepted.
