To nominate Outstanding Corporate or Henderson Land Outstanding Non-Commercial Organisation Award：

• A recognized local non-profit organisation or holding a valid Business Registration Certificate (BR) and operating a company/ business entity in Hong Kong for more than one year is eligible; the head of the nominating organisation should not be a relative of the corporation’s responsible official 
• Nominator can make one or more nominations 
• Self-nomination of corporate and non-commercial organisation is admissible 
• The organisers of the Hong Kong Volunteer Award are not eligible to nominate or be nominated 

To nominate Outstanding Volunteer or Outstanding Youth Volunteer or Outstanding Youth Volunteer Group or JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER Outstanding Evergreen or JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER Outstanding Rising Star

• A recognized local non-profit organisation or holding a valid BR and operating a company/ business entity in Hong Kong for more than one year or an individual nominator is eligible; the nominator or head of the nominating organisation should not be a relative of the corporation’s responsible official 
• Nominator can make one or more nominations
• The organisers of the Hong Kong Volunteer Award are not eligible to nominate or be nominated

To nominate JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER Outstanding Caring School:

• A recognized local non-profit organisation or holding a valid BR and operating a company/ business entity in Hong Kong for more than one year is eligible; the head of the nominating organisation should not be a relative of the school’s responsible official
• Nominator can make one or more nominations 
• Self-nomination of school is admissible 
• The organisers of the Hong Kong Volunteer Award are not eligible to nominate or be nominated
