To nominate Outstanding Volunteer, Outstanding Youth Volunteer, Outstanding Youth Volunteer Group, JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER Outstanding Evergreen or JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER Outstanding Family Volunteer:

• A recognised Hong Kong non-profit organisation, a corporate with a valid Business Registration Certificate (BR) and the business must be in operation in Hong Kong for at least 1 year, or an individual, is eligible to nominate; the nominator or the person-in-charge of the nominating organisation should not be a relative of the applicant.
• A nominator can make more than one nomination.
• The organiser and co-organiser of the Hong Kong Volunteer Award are not eligible to nominate or be nominated

To nominate Henderson Land Outstanding Non-Commercial Organisation Award, JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER Outstanding Caring School:

• A recognised Hong Kong non-profit organisation, or a corporate with a valid Business Registration Certificate (BR) and the business must be in operation in Hong Kong for at least 1 year, is eligible to nominate; the nominator or the person-in-charge of the nominating organisation should not be a relative of the applicant's responsible official.
• A nominator can make more than one nomination.
• Self-nomination is admissible.
• The organiser and co-organiser of the Hong Kong Volunteer Award are not eligible to nominate or be nominated
