The membership of the Hong Kong Community Volunteers (HKCV) is open to individual and corporate volunteers who are in support of the mission and values of the Agency for Volunteer Service.

To apply for membership, interested parties should fill in the "Hong Kong Community Volunteers Membership Application Form" or register via the online portal V-HK with the submission of fees. Acceptance of the application is at AVS's discretion. For more information:
