All awardee will receive an e-certificate by default, while physical certificates need to be requested separately. Please note the following arrangements for certificates:

E-certificates:
E-certificates will be available in each awardee’s HKV-Award Online Application System accounts within one to two working days after the Presentation Ceremony. Likewise, e-certificates for individual volunteer hour awards will be available in the accounts of the units that applied for the individual awardee.

To download e-certificates, please follow below steps:
Step 1 : Log in to HKVA Online Application System account;
Step 2 : Navigate to the 'Application Status' page and open Award List;
Step 3 : Select the awardee that you want to download by ticking the checkboxes on the left side of the list;
Step 4 : Click the 'DOWNLOAD' button at the top-left corner of the list to download e-certificates.

Physical certificates:
For each physical certificates, an administrative fee of HKD 20 will be charged.

If you require a physical certificate, please note the following arrangements for the physical certificates of the Individual Award (Volunteer Hours):
Step 1 : Log in to HKVA Online Application System account;
Step 2 : Navigate to the 'Application Status' page and open Award List;
Step 3 : Select the awardee for requesting physical certificates by ticking the checkboxes on the left side of the list;
Step 4 : Click the 'REQUEST BATCH PRINT’ button at the top-left corner of the list to request.

Regarding the distribution arrangement for physical certificates, please be aware of the follow-up email sent by the HKV-Award Secretariat later to check the relevant information.
