- Please make a cheque payable to ”Agency for Volunteer Service”
and remark the applicant’s full name and the application reference number on the back of the cheque. Please mail the cheque to the Secretariat for Hong Kong Volunteer Award, and upload a scanned copy to the HKV-Award Online Application System.
(Address of the Secretariat: 7103, 7/F, YF Life Tower, 33 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong). - Please transfer or deposit the amount to the bank account of Agency for Volunteer Service at HSBC 002-478865-001. Please remark the application reference number on the bank slip, and upload a scanned copy to the HKV-Award Online Application System.
The Secretariat will confirm your payment and issue an e-receipt in the HKV-Award Online Application System within 15 working days after receiving your payment proof.
