The award commends corporate and non-commercial organisation for their contributions and accomplishments in supporting employees to participate in volunteer service. Volunteer Hour Awards are awarded based on the total volunteer service hours of corporate and non-commercial organisation for the period 1 January to 31 December 2024.
Eligibility for Application
Registered commercial or non-profit organisations, including: government departments, statutory bodies, chambers of commerce, professional bodies or uniformed groups
Judging and Selection Criteria
- Top Ten Highest Volunteer Hour Award (Top 10 organisations with the highest service hours in respective categories)
- Segments of Candidates
- Group 1: Corporate with 1,000 or above full-time employees*
- Group 2: Corporate with 100-999 full-time employees*
- Group 3: Corporate with less than 100 full-time employees*
- Group 4: Non-Commercial Organisation
*The number of full-time employees as of 31 December 2024

- Excellence Gold Award: 30,000 volunteer hours or above
- Gold Award: 10,000 volunteer hours or above
- Silver Award: 5,000 volunteer hours or above
- Bronze Award: 2,000 volunteer hours or above
- Certificate of Appreciation: 500 volunteer hours or above
- Most Active Corporate Award (Top 3 corporates with the highest average service hours per registered volunteer)
- Most Active Non-Commercial Organisation Award (Top 3 non-commercial organisations with the highest average service hours per registered volunteer)
