When registering an account, please select that \"you are a corporate member of HKCV under AVS\" and fill in your membership number and the phone number registered in HKCV.<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To review the registered phone number, please log in to the V-HK website of HKCV:<\/strong><br><strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.volunteering.org.hk\/eng\/login\" rel=\"nofollow\">https:\/\/www.volunteering.org.hk\/eng\/login<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Corporate members' records of volunteer services referred by HKCV (AVS Hours) were transferred to the HKV-Award Online Application System, and were pre-input to the relevant application forms.<br>Please input your volunteer service records (other than the AVS Hours) in the application form, if necessary.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The application form cannot be modified once submitted.
