    and remark the applicant\u2019s full name and the application reference number on the back of the cheque. Please mail the cheque to the Secretariat for Hong Kong Volunteer Award, and upload a scanned copy to the HKV-Award Online Application System.

  2. Please transfer or deposit the amount to the bank account of Agency for Volunteer Service at HSBC 002-478865-001. \nPlease remark the application reference number on the bank slip, and upload a scanned copy to the HKV-Award Online Application System.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
