Please mail the cheque to the Secretariat for Hong Kong Volunteer Award, and upload a scanned copy to the HKV-Award Online Application System.<br>\n(Address of the Secretariat: 8118, 8\/F, YF Life Tower, 33 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong> Please transfer or deposit the amount to the bank account of Agency for Volunteer Service at HSBC 002-478865-001.
