Corporate & Non-Commercial Organization Award(Volunteer Hours)

1. Top Ten Highest Volunteer Hours (Top 10 organizations with highest service hours in respective segments)  

Segments of Candidates

Group 1: Corporate with *1,000 or above full-time employees 

Group 2: Corporate with *101-999 full-time employees

Group 3: Corporate with 100 or less than *100 full-time employees

Group 4: Non-Commercial Organizations

* The number of full-time employees as of 31st December 2022

2. 30,000 volunteer hours or above: Excellence Gold Award

3. 10,000 volunteer hours or above: Gold Award

4. 5,000 volunteer hours or above: Silver Award

5. 2,000 volunteer hours or above: Bronze Award

6. 500 volunteer hours or above: Certificate of Appreciation

7. Corporate Award (Volunteer Hours) Most Active Award  (Top 3 corporates with the highest average service hours per registered volunteer)

8. Non-Commercial Organization Award (Volunteer Hours) Most Active Award (Top 3 Non-commercial organizations with the highest average service hours per registered volunteer)


Eligibility: Registered commercial or non-profit organizations, including: government departments, statutory bodies, chambers of commerce, professional bodies or uniformed groups

Individual Award(Volunteer Hours)

1. Top Three Highest Volunteer Hours Award (Top 3 individuals with highest service hours in respective groups)

Adult Group: (Age of 31 or above)

Youth Group: (Age of 30 or below)

2. 500 volunteer hours or above: Excellence Gold Award

3. 300 volunteer hours or above: Gold Award

4. 100 volunteer hours or above: Silver Award

5. 50 volunteer hours or above: Bronze Award

6. Long Service Award (Continuous serving 20 years or above)


Eligibility: 

  1. Candidates MUST possess a valid HKSAR identity card, or special approval from the HKSAR government to carry out volunteering activities in Hong Kong (Non-permanent residents of HKSAR shall check with the Immigration Department for their eligibility to carry out volunteering activities and if applicable, obtain the necessary permit)
  2. Have a track record of continuous and active participation in volunteering and promoting volunteerism in Hong Kong, across the border or overseas. All service records for the period 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022 MUST be endorsed and submitted by *a recognized local organization
